WHAT IS ON MY CULT BEAUTY WISH LIST?!

Well hello there!
I have not done a wish list post in a while and I have so much stuff I want to buy on Cult Beauty! I thought it would be a good idea to share with you my wish list and see if you are interested in any of these products or if you have any of these and what you think of them.

This is massively influenced by Sophdoesnails on YouTube as she swears by this contour shade. She says it is perfect for pale skin tones so I have been meaning to get my hands on this for a while. It is just the pan but I have a magnetic palette so I just need to actually get round to buying it. This is super cheap as it retails for only £4.50.

This is a very expensive pressed powder but I have heard so many good things about it, it is not something I will buy next week it is just something I have been really interested in purchasing. I only own 1 thing from Charlotte Tilbury and that was a primer I got for my birthday so if I would buy any of her makeup it would be a special occasion. This powder retails for £34.

Too Faced Born This Way Sculpting Concealer
This is a fairly new product in the beauty world, and has been all over the internet and YouTube recently. A lot of mixed opinions on it with the packaging as it is huge and about the formula because it is more of a hydrating medium coverage formula. Me on the other hand love a hydrating concealer as I can get dry under eyes so this may be making an appearance on my Christmas list. This concealer retails for £24.
Again this is influenced by a YouTuber (it always is) and Nikkietutorials has been loving this bronzer duo recently and this is definitely going to be on my Christmas list. The colours look stunning and the packaging is also beautiful. I also have my eye on the Blush Bouquets Palette! It is a high end product which means its expensive so this retails for £28.

NYX Concealer Palette in Light
I do have a couple of concealer palettes but not one like this where it is all just skin tone shades, I only have colour corrector concealer palettes. I want to start trying to carve out my brows to make them more defined so I will be picking this up soon! This is drugstore so it retails for only £11.

I only own 1 thing from NARS and that's the radiant concealer so I really want the foundation to go with the concealer. Again I have heard so many good things about this on YouTube and I really want to try this for myself. This retails for £35.

Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution Lipstick in Pillow Talk
So I would like this lipstick just because it is boujee and expensive. This is a lipstick by Charlotte Tilbury and is a beautiful pinky nude shade. I am not rushing to get this lipstick but I would like it at some point as I have tried hardly any Charlotte Tilbury makeup. This retails for £24.

So that is everything on my Cult Beauty Wish List, definitely let me know if you have any of these items and what you think of them.
Thank you so much for reading,

GLOSSY BOX OPENING | AUGUST 2018

Well hello there!
Welcome to another Glossy Box Opening and this month is celebrating Pride which is amazing, and actually includes 6 FULL sized products instead of 5 so you are really getting an extra treat. These products are to make us feel empowered, bold and unique so lets dive in!

Rimmel London Sticker Tattoos
So these are the sticker tattoos that the contestants on Love Island wore on one of their party nights. They are metallic, supposed to be water proof and can last up to 4 days! These are perfect for festival season. You can pick these up in Superdrug and they retail for £4.99.

Rimmel London Ink Me Stamp Tattoo
To celebrate that love is love Glossy Box have included a super cute heart stamp tattoo. Again it is perfect for festival season as well to jazz up any makeup look. I have never personally tried anything like this but I am looking forward to giving it a go. You can pick this up in Boots and in Superdrug and this retails for £4.99 also.

Ok I am so excited about this because I didn't even know Victoria's Secret did skin care! This is the Selfie Skin Nourishing Sheet Mask, that is formulated with coconut oil to give you soft skin and insta-complexion perfection.  I love sheet masks and this sounds like a really good one so I cannot wait to give this a go. You can buy this from the Victoria's Secret Pink website and they retail for £5 each.

I believe we have received a product from this brand before, I think it was an eye shadow palette so it's nice to see familiar brands in the box. This is a lip and cheek tint that will give you a natural and healthy flush of colour. I was pretty scared of the colour of this as it looks quit dark but when you swatch it, it blends out to a very pretty light pink shade. The packaging is quite luxurious as it is in a glass bottle. You don't get a lot of product in this but as someone who does not wear products like this a lot it will last a long time. You can buy this from the Trifle Cosmetics website and it retails for £17.50 which is pretty pricey.

This is what I am most excited about because it is a liquid highlighter and it a beautiful last 8 hbronzy/ copper shade. This is a creamy gel based highlighter that is supposed to 8 hours, is lightweight and is a blinding highlight. This shade is too dark for me but the beauty with this is that you can use it not only on your cheekbones but on your  brow bones, inner corner of your eyes and your cupids bow. This would be an amazing eye shadow shade as well! You get a lot of product in this as you get 4ml which will last you a long time. It is 100% cruelty free and vegan friendly, you can buy this from the Kaleido Cosmetics website and it retails for £13.

This is a blue eyeshadow paint that is highly pigmented, long-lasting and waterproof. I don't really use blue eyeshadow but apparently the trend is making a come back! You can use this however you want either on the lid, on the lash line or even as a base. You can buy this on the 3ina website or some of their products are actually on the Look Fantastic website, and this retails for £8.95.

So that was the August Glossy Box Opening.
Thank you so much for reading,

CHOCOLATE ELIXIR GLOW PALETTE REVIEW

Well hello there!
Today I have another review post for you and this is for the I Heart Revolution Chocolate Elixir Glow Highlighter Palette. You can buy this online at Revolution Beauty and in Superdrug stores and this palette retails for £6. I love reviewing drugstore products for you so if you have any requests please let me know in the comments.

Packaging
The packaging looks like their eye shadow palettes where its a chocolate bar with the drips on it. It is a glossy nude colour with the pink/silvery metallic drips on top. It is a mini palette so super good for travelling and it feels very light. When you open it up you are presented with a mirror which again is another reason why it is good for travelling, you also get 2 highlighters. One shade is more of a champagne gold and the other is definitely a rose gold shade. Not really sure why but the rose gold pan is bigger than the other pan.

Application
When applied to the skin it actually applies quite smoothly which is nice, straight away I know I don't like the lighter shade because the glitter particles flew all over my face. The rose gold shade is too dark for me as a highlighter but could work as a blush topper. Both of the shades are really pretty and blinding.

Swatches

Longevity
These are blinding highlighters and luckily they kept that blinding power all day and they still looked the same when I got home from work. There was still glitter on my face, I was kind of hoping it would move off of my face but it didn't.

Opinion
Ok so I'm going to be straight up and say this is not my favourite highlighter palette in the world. The shades are beautiful but they just don't work for me personally. If you like glittery highlighters then you will like this palette, I do recommend it if you like that formula. I much prefer the formula of the rose gold shade but because it's too dark for me I cannot use it. I am going to pick up the Rose Gold Palette and see how I get on with that one. They have really good longevity power so that's another good thing to note. These palettes are only £6 for 2 highlighters and this mini palette has a mirror which is so good for travelling.

So that was my review on the Chocolate Elixir Glow Palette.
Thank you so much for reading,

MAKEUP COLLECTION SERIES | BLUSHERS

Well hello there!
Today is actually my 21st birthday so Happy Birthday to meee! So excited to finally be 21, I hope you all have a lovely week!
Welcome to another makeup collection series post I hope you are enjoying reading them, I have some YouTube videos on bigger parts of my collection if you're interested then my channel is always linked at the bottom of my posts. This post is all about the single blushers I have, any blush palettes will be in my face palette YouTube video as I have quite a lot. You know the drill by now I will show you what blushers I have then after I will talk you through my favourites etc.

Bare Minerals - Sorbet

I have got into blush a lot more recently, I rarely used to wear it but now I am applying it on an everyday basis. I don't really have a shade that I am most drawn to I like different shades of blush but I am enjoying more peachy tones as it is more warm for the summer. So at the moment my favourite is the L'oreal Life's a Peach Blush and I have been using this so so much lately. I am also obsessed with the Mac Pinch Me blush, this is probably the one I use the most as the colour may look a bit dark but this is the sheer tone formula so it's perfect for every skin tone.

So those are all the single blushers in my makeup collection!
Thank you so much for reading,

JULY FAVOURITES

Well hello there!
It is now the end of July which is crazy but that means that it is my birthday month next! When this goes up it will be only 1 week until my 21st birthday which I am sooooo excited for. I have 2 high end and 2 drugstore favourites this month so lets get started...

My first favourite of the month is the L'oreal Life's a Peach Blush in 01 Peach Addict. I think they only do this in 1 shade in the UK but I think this would look good on a lot of skin tones. It smells amazing because it has a peach scent but it's not too much which I like. It has really compact packaging and when you lift the blush up there is a mirror and a brush underneath which really makes it worth the £8.99. The colour is stunning because it is more on the coral/peach side and if I use a little amount on my pale skin it is such a beautiful shade.

My next favourite of the month is the Too Faced Born This Way Translucent Setting Powder. It was out of stock for ages on the Cult Beauty website and is finally back in stock! I bought this straight away because I know how popular it is and wanted to try it for myself.  It is very expensive as it costs £20 but trust me from the packaging to the formula it is completely worth it. The packaging for starters is the best loose powder packaging I have come across, when you open the lid the bit that stops the powder flying everywhere can actually lift up and close again. The formula is amazing it does to cling to my dry patches and sets my face very smoothly, and you get 17g of product in it which will last you a long time!

My third favourite of the month is the Revolution Conceal & Define Green Concealer. It has the exact same formula as their normal concealer shades but this is perfect for people that get blemishes and just want to tone down the redness. I conceal my redness with this before my foundation and it just makes them less visible, the best green concealer I have tried by far. As it is by Revolution these are super cheap retailing at £4 so if you get redness I would definitely check this out.

My last favourite of the month is the ABH Amrezy Highlighter. I'm not sure if this will ever be back into stock but I bought this months ago when it first come out as I knew it was limited edition. In my review I said that in the summer it would look a lot better on my skin when I am tanned and I'm wearing darker makeup - and I was correct I have been using this so many times because I can finally wear it and it suit my skin tone. The formula is incredible it looks wet on your skin, it is extremely long lasting, and the colour is a stunning gold shade.
(It looks very dark in this picture but it is a pale gold shade)

So those were my July Favourites.
Thank you so much read reading,

TECHNIC MATTE MEGA BLUSH PALETTE REVIEW

Well hello there!
I have a review post for you today and I am going to be reviewing something from Technic, and that is the Matte Mega Blush Palette. I feel like I hear no one talk about Technic because it is a really cheap brand, but I am looking forward to trying this and seeing what it is like. Also would like to mention that this palette is only £4 for 4 shades!

Packaging
So as I just said this palette is only £4 I am not expecting the most boujee packaging whatsoever so it is just really basic. It is plastic and has a clear lid so you can see exactly what you are getting. It comes with 4 shades of blusher, one is a really pale pink, 2 of them look almost the same and the other one is more of a peachy shade. It feels super light and the palette itself is actually a lot smaller then I thought but you are getting 4 shades for such a cheap price.

Application
Application was pretty easy and these are very pigmented considering how cheap the palette is. There is a lot of kick back with them but that is expected, as I say that doesn't bother me as long as it has got pigment. The brush picks up a lot of product so make sure you tap your brush off if you are going to buy this. When applied to my cheeks the colour is definitely there so from first impressions I am pleasantly surprised.

Swatches

Longevity
This is where my opinion slightly changes on this formula. I'm not sure if it's because it is extremely hot in the UK at the moment and I sweat the product off but by the end of the day the majority of my blush had disappeared. I wore this for over 8 hours.

Opinion
If you are after a cheap blush palette for your collection and don't want to spend a lot of money on one then this is for you! The formula is not long lasting but not a lot of people love blush so you may even love this formula. It is a small palette but for £4 you can't really complain, these aren't my favourite blushers however I will be using these again because this costs under a fiver! Definitely check this out if you are on the hunt for really cheap blushers. Also this is super travel friendly so if you are on the go a lot and are a massive fan of pink toned blush that is another reason to check this out.

So that was my review on the Technic Mega Blush Palette.
Thank you so much for reading,

GLOSSY BOX OPENING | JULY 2018

Well hello there!
I am so excited for this box as it is all about the tropical season. The box has a beautiful design on it this month with the silver fish and mermaid tail with the sea bubbles etc. It is filled with beach babe essentials so lets dive in!

Senhor Do Bonfim Sea Water Hair Spray -
So this is a type of product that's perfect for people that curl there hair or love to have wavey hair. I don't personally curl my hair that often it's very rare just purely because I cannot be bothered, but if I do decide to then I will definitely use this as it gives you that texture. This smells amazing and has a really good mist on it. This is full sized  and retails for £16.

Palmers Coconut Oil Body Lotion -
Pretty obvious what this is, perfect for dry skin as it is supposed to give your whole body 24 hours of moisture. It smells absolutely divine and is completely free of nasties like parabens, sulfates and dyes. I will 100% be using this as soon as I can! This is a deluxe mini but the full size is retailing for £5.75.

Essence I Love Extreme Volume Mascara Waterproof -
Obviously I am very excited to see a makeup product in the box this month, I have never tried the Essence mascara's so I am looking forward to testing this out. I don't actually have any waterproof mascaras in my collection, as to be honest they don't really appeal to me as I just feel like they will be really difficult to take off. However because this has come in the box I will be trying this out. This is the full size and only retails for £2.80 wow!

Inuwet Cheek Shell Brush -
This brush is soooo cute! It has super soft short bristles which apparently is perfect for contouring, bronzing and highlighting. To me this does look like it will be perfect for that sharp contouring, I'm not sure about bronzing and highlighting but definitely for contouring. It is also vegan and cruelty free which is amazing and this retails for £13.20.

Regenerate Advanced Toothpaste -
This toothpaste claims to regenerate enamel and reverse the early erosion process. I've never tried a different toothpaste other then your typical supermarket one so I am so excited to try this one! The only way you'll know if a toothpaste does a good job is to use for a long period of time so I am going to be trying this out and you'll 100% hear about if I do love it. The full size of this retails for £10 so it is obviously very expensive but we will see how it goes.

Hawaiian Tropic Sun Lotion -
This is a little extra treat for us this month which is always nice, this is a sample of their duo defence sun lotion which has SPF 30 in it. This is completely an essential for the summer months to protect your skin. I will be giving this ago when I next sunbathe and see how this is, as mentioned this is a sample but the full size retails £14.99.

So that is the July Glossy Box Opening.
